Forms are obtainable from the School Account’s Office on presentation of a teller evidencing payment of a non-refundable fee of N20,000:00 ONLY for BASIC NURSING, BASIC MIDWIFERY & POST BASIC NURSING, PAYABLE into ACCOUNT.

Entry Requirement:
