Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun Change of Institution: This is to inform candidates that Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has opened the PORTAL for change of institution and correction of data.

In this regards UTME candidates who are interested in changing from their old institution school to Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun can visit any JAMB Accredited Center and do their change of Institution.

Before you change your Institution to FUHSI Ila-Orangun, check the admission requirements and approved Cut Off Mark below;

FUHSI Ila-Orangun Admission Requirements

• Candidates having a minimum of five (5) O’level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with the relevant UTME subject combinations in the 2022 UTME who wish to enrol at the University can effect their change of institution on the JAMB portal accordingly.

How to Apply for JAMB Change of Institution to Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun 

NOTE: JAMB Accredited CBT centers are the only people ALLOWED to effect change of Institutions.

1. Go to JAMB change of course and institution portal at JAMB Portal https://efacility jamb gov ng/:

2. Login with your Email and Password

3. Click on ‘Registration (2022)’ from the list of services on the left side

4. Form the drop down; select ‘2022 UTME data correction’ to correct i.e. Course/Institution, Names, Date of Birth, Gender, and State/LGA of Origin

5. Proceed to payment

JAMB change of institution and course form is sold for two thousand five hundred naira only (N2,500).

JAMB Accredited CBT centers are the only people ALLOWED to effect changes for candidates at the sum of N100.

Kindly Print out your payment Receipt online on your JAMB profile and OTP CODE after making payment for any correction and proceed with it to the JAMB Approved CBT Centers to effect your change.
