Nigerian Navy Forms for Nigerian Navy Nigerian Navy Basic Training School (NNBTS) Batch 36 and Nigerian Navy Direct Short Service Course (DSSC) are out and the NNBTS recruitment are currently waiting for final shortlist after undergoing interview in the Month of April and March, 2024.

Also Nigerian Navy Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) Course 29 candidates have also attended their Interview at Nigerian Navy Basic Training School Onne, Rivers State in the month of May, 2024 now waiting for final list.

So Nigerian Navy shortlist for both NNBTS and DSSC is going to be out any moment from now since all the interviews are concluded.

What is the age limit for Navy in Nigeria?

The Nigerian Navy Application Guidelines (NNR 36) Applicants must be citizen of Nigeria by birth. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 – 22 years by 31 December 2023 for School Certificate holders and 18 – 26 years for those with higher qualifications such as Nurses, NCE, OND, drivers etc.

And for Nigerian Navy DSSC candidates age should be between 22 and 28 years of age by 25 March 2024.

 

Requirements to Join Nigerian Navy Recruitment

Good physical and mental health is essential for effective service. Possess a minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in WASSCE, SSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings. You must have a clean criminal record.

Location of the Nigerian Navy Training

The Nigerian Navy said it has concluded arrangements to relocate the Naval Training Command headquarters from Lagos to Onne in Rivers State.

Possess at least a first degree with not less than Second Class Lower Division or HND (where applicable) of not less than Lower Credit from any accredited institution of learning.
