1a. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER (ND) TWO (2) YEARS Minimum entry requirement into National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology Programme is five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Health Science in WASCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE in not more than two sittings. Candidates should have JAMB score of 150 and above.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
ND in Environmental Health Technology
1b. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER (HND) TWO (2) YEARS (a) Five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Health Science in WASCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE in not more than two sittings with Environmental Health Officer – ND certificate
OR
(b) Environmental Health Technician Certificate with College Result and WAHEB with 2021 JAMB score
OR
(c) Health Promotion Education Certificate with College Result and WAHEB with 2021 JAMB score.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
HND in Environmental Health Technology
1c. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN THREE (3) YEARS Minimum of five (5) credits in O’level WASCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE in not more than two sittings. Note that the five (5) credits must include Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science and any two credits selected from the following subjects:- Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Agricultural Science. (WASCE and NECO can be combined)

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN DIPLOMA
1d. HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION TWO (2) YEARS Minimum of five (5) credits in WASCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE in not more than two sittings to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science and any two (2) subjects:- Physics, Chemistry or Biology.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
HPE (Health Promotion & Education) DIPLOMA
2 DISPENSING OPTICIANRY THREE (3) YEARS Minimum of four (4) credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in WASSC/SSCE/NECO not more than two sittings to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Chemistry and or Biology.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN DISPENSING OPTICIANRY
3 MEDICAL IMAGING PROCESSING TECHNICIAN THREE (3) YEARS Five (5) credit at not more than two (2) sittings in WASCE/SSCE/NECO/GCE in the following subjects:
English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Holders of Certificate in Medical Dark Room Practice of the Institution of Radiographers of Nigeria (Dark Room Assistant Certificate) plus the requirement stated above shall be admitted for will two (2) years duration to complete the Medical Imaging Processing Technicians Programme.

National Diploma (ND)
4 PHARMACY TECHNICIAN THREE (3) YEARS Five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in WASCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE in not more than two (2) sittings.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE
5a. COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (CHEW) THREE (3) YEARS Five (5) O’level credits level at WASSC/SSCE/NECO/GCE in not more than two (2) sittings.
These must include:
English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics and Chemistry. Possession of JCHEW certificate is an added advantage.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
NATIONAL DIPLOMA, COMMUNITY HEALTH (NCHPB)
5b. JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (JCHEW) TWO (2) YEARS Three (3) credits at O’level WASSC/SSCE/NECO/GCE in not more than two sittings to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science and two (2) passes in Physics and Chemistry.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
CERTIFICATE IN JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH (NCHPB)
6. MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN THREE (3) YEARS Five (5) credits in WASCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE that include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Holders of Medical Laboratory Assistant Certificate with the above O’level can also apply. (WASCE and NECO can be combined) certificate with the above O’level.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE
7a PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT THREE (3) YEARS (i) Minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings at the WASCE/SSCE/NECO or its equivalent. The subjects must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics,Chemistry and any other subject chosen from Economics, Geography, Religious Knowledge and a Nigerian Language.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
PROFESIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HRORBN)
7b. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TWO (2) YEARS (i) Minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings at the WASCE/SSCE/NECO or its equivalent. The subjects must include:- English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subject chosen from Economics, Geography, Religious Knowledge and a Nigerian Language plus JAMB 2021 score of 120 and above.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
7c HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TWO (2) YEARS (i) National Diploma (ND) Certificate in Health Information Management with a minimum of lower credit OR Professional Diploma OR Technician Certificate in Health Information Management from the Health Record Officers Registration Board of Nigeria. Candidates with the qualifications above should possess five (5) O’level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings at WASCE/SSCE/NECO or its equivalent. The subjects must include:- English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subject chosen from Economics, Geography, Religious Knowledge and a Nigerian Language.
(ii) Blood Group and Genotype report from a government hospital
HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
8. PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING TWO (2) YEARS (a) Nigerian Registered Nursing (NRN) certificate.
(b) Registered Midwife (RM) certificate or any other Basic Nursing certificate eg. Psychiatric Nursing certificate plus one (1) year post qualification experience.
(c) National Diploma or its equivalent in nursing
(d) BNSC candidates from Universities accredited by NUC, the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) and WAHEB.
(e) BNSC candidates from Universities outside the country and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
(f) Holders of the above must possess basic O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) IN PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING (WAH

Please note that all candidates seeking admission into the College must present blood group and genotype report from a government hospital.

NOTE: ONLY 2021 JAMB SCORES WILL BE ACCEPTED

To access the online application form, candidates should follow the steps below:

2. Follow registration process and get payment invoice at EU-prime Cafe in the College.
3. Take payment invoice to any branch of First Bank Nigeria and pay the sum of N8,000.00
4. Return to the portal to complete registration process at EU-prime Cafe

Closing date for sales of form is 2nd June, 2021. The portal will be shut by midnight on 2nd June, 2021. Applicants will be subjected to an Entrance Examination scheduled to hold on the 19th of June 2021 at the College compound. Candidates for Health Information Management – ND, Health Information Management – HND, Environmental Health Officer – ND, Environmental Health Officer – HND and Public Health Nursing are exempted from the Entrance Examination but will come for interview.
